We would just like to reassure you that as an essential service we are not affected by the current restrictions that are in place in England at this present time.
We continue to remain open and are working hard to provide you with your routine dental care.
Dental practices are one of the most safe and highly regulated environments you can be in and we continue to wear high-level PPE and take all necessary precautions to keep both you and our team safe at all appointments.
If you currently have an appointment booked with us please do attend as normal.
If you would prefer to reschedule that is of course not a problem, we would just ask that you give us at least 48 working hours notice.
What to expect at your next appointment
Your next experience with the practice may be a little different. But these new measures are designed with your health and wellbeing in mind.
We will carry out a pre health assessment upon booking and once your appointment has been booked we will send you a medical history and remote check in to complete before your appointment.
We encourage you to ensure you use the bathroom prior to attending the practice as our toilet facilities will be limited to help with health and safety of patients and the team.
To limit the number of people in the practice we are operating a closed door policy, when you arrive please call the practice or check in on the self-check in service we would have sent you 24 hours before hand. Please ensure you don’t turn up too early or be late. Please come alone, unless necessary, and only bring essential belongings. Upon arrival a staff member will greet you into the practice
We’ve adjusted our waiting areas and spaced out appointments – so you can maintain safe social distancing.
You’ll notice that we’ve installed plastic screens at the front of our reception desks. This will keep you and our staff safe when you check-in or rebook another appointment.
Maintain essential hygiene
You must clean your hands as you enter the practice using the antibacterial gel provided.
Please arrive at the practice with a face covering- unless you are medically exempt. And our staff will wear appropriate personal protective equipment to ensure their safety – as well as yours.
Health Pre Assessment
Upon arrival prior to being seen a staff member will carry out a health pre assessment regarding COVID-19, these will be the same questions we would have asked upon booking the appointment.
If after the assessment there may be a risk your treatment will be rescheduled for a later date.
More frequent, deeper cleans
We’re performing deeper, thorough and more frequent cleans – especially in our surgeries. These are scheduled throughout the day to fit around appointments.
One way system
We are operating a one way system in the practice which means there will be a different entrance and exit points to prevent risk of contact.
